NGC Comment: A brand new unheated gem blue Burma sapphire. The stone is 65% blue with 75-80 tone. We consider this tone 77.5. The stone never "blacks-out" and look good in all lights. The color/tone combination is extremely pleasing and almost looks like top Kashmir sapphire color. The gemstone is really clean at LI2-MI1. The gemstone has high brilliancy at 70%. The stone is slightly shallow and looks larger then its size. A serious stone for a collector or would look stunning mounted in jewelry!
