2.75 Modified Cushion (Round) Unheated Burma Sapphire

Description
A super rare modified cushion (round) no heat no clarity enhancement Burma sapphire. We may have seen five round no heat Burma sapphires in all the years in business. The color is a desirable, electric blue color at 3.5 blue. The tone is 75, which we consider to be perfect tone because the stone will never black out. Ideal tone is 65-85. The gem is LI2-MI1 clarity which means you will not see any inclusions with your eyes. We disagree with the lab's brilliancy call of 65%. We believe the brilliancy is more like 90%. This is a knockout vibrant blue sapphire. Put's most blue diamonds to shame. Cannot go wrong with this stone mounted or placed in a top gem portfolio.
