1.68 Unenhanced Cushion Pink Tanzanite

Most zoisite (Tanzanite) is discovered brown in rough. The heating process turns these gems blue. Occasionally, a small pocket of zoisite is discovered pink. This is the rarest color of not heated zoisite and is sought out by collectors. Technically this stone is pink zoisite or Thulite. This gemstone has a vibrant, electric color similar to a top pink spinel. The stone is eye clean with high brilliancy. The gem has very good proportions and finish. One of the rarest gems you can collect.
