Even with the Chinese economy imploding because of the real estate market, this 5.07 no heat Burma Ruby sold at Magnificent Jewels for over $344,000 per carat.

Regretfully, the stone was only accompanied with an SSEF report. As often stated on these second tier grading reports, it calls the stone 'pigeon blood'.  Not sure we would call this stone pigeon blood, although it is a beautiful stone.  Of course, as is common in these stones, we would call the clarity moderately included due to it's eye visible inclusions.   This is why we prefer the more informative AGL full Prestige Grading Reports.
